MOUNT MAKER / BETA 0.9.2
A custom whoop canopy around your camera and electronics
Start with a frame mounting pattern, position the camera, and shape a canopy around the space your electronics need. Camera presets provide starting dimensions that you can inspect and change.

Choose the mounting feet
Set a square pattern and enable the feet used by your frame. Reserve space above the bolt seats for the electronics.
Camera placement and fit
Use a supported starting preset or custom dimensions. Side-screw and flexible press-fit layouts support different mounting methods.
Optional antenna holders
Add zero, one, or two holders and adjust bore, length, rearward lean, and sideways spread.
BEFORE YOU START
Measure the actual build.
- Adjacent bolt-center spacing and the mounting feet your frame uses
- Camera body size, original mount or screw positions, and angle
- Electronics envelope, antenna dimensions, and duct or prop clearance
The preview helps you design the part. Printed fit, retention, and strength still depend on your measurements, material, and printer.
From dimensions to STL
Enter the frame pattern
Check the measured square-side spacing and choose the enabled mounting feet.
Fit the components
Confirm camera dimensions and electronics space, then review the fitted camera position.
Export a valid canopy
Resolve any fit messages, save the project, and export the connected canopy in the full version for a test print.
Questions about whoop canopies
Are the camera presets verified fits?
No. Whoop canopies are a fit-test feature. Preset dimensions, some screw offsets, and grip depths are starting estimates; measure your hardware and test a print.
Does automatic fit change my camera dimensions?
It can raise or move the camera forward to avoid modeled conflicts, while retaining your entered camera size and bolt spacing. Read the fit message to see when the actual position differs.
Does the preview check prop or duct clearance?
No. Those parts are not modeled by the canopy guides. Inspect the complete drone, including camera view, ventilation, wiring, ducts, and props.
