MOUNT MAKER / BETA 0.9.2
XT30, XT60, and XT90 mounts for your FPV frame
Keep the power connector where your build needs it. Size a holder around the actual connector housing, choose one or two standoff sleeves, and leave room for insulated wires and their bends.

Three connector families
Start from XT30 / XT30U, XT60, or XT90 dimensions, then adjust them to the actual housing.
One or two standoffs
Choose a left or right single sleeve, or a pair sized to the frame. Adjust outward reach and sleeve fit.
Wire space and retention
Tune the housing gap, retaining lip, wall, and opening below the plug. A lower tie tunnel can secure insulated leads.
BEFORE YOU START
Measure the actual build.
- The connector housing’s width, depth, and length
- Standoff diameter and spacing for a two-standoff mount
- Wire bend, solder-joint space, and the length of housing to capture
The preview helps you design the part. Printed fit, retention, and strength still depend on your measurements, material, and printer.
From dimensions to STL
Measure the connector
Select a starting family and check the housing dimensions, including any cover.
Fit the attachment
Choose the standoff layout, position the holder, and leave room for real wiring.
Check a test print
Export the connected holder in the full version and check insertion, retention, standoff grip, and wire routing.
Questions about xt connector mounts
Will the XT60 preset fit an anti-spark or covered connector?
Not necessarily. Presets are starting sizes for bare housings. Measure the specific connector and adjust the housing dimensions and clearance.
Can I mount it on either side of the drone?
Yes. A single sleeve can be placed on the left or right in the preview, and the printed part can be oriented for your frame. Check grip or use an additional tie to resist rotation.
Are the connector and wires included in the STL?
No. They are display guides. STL export contains the connected printable holder, excluding connector, wire, and standoff guides.
