XT connector mounts
Build a standalone XT30, XT60, or XT90 holder for one or two standoffs, with adjustable housing fit and wire space.

Choose XT power connector mount in the design selector, then select XT30 / XT30U, XT60, or XT90. This standalone module works for side or rear mounting. For an XT30U or XT60 holder integrated with antennas and GPS, use Antenna & GPS mounts.
Presets are starting sizes for bare housings. Measure your actual connector, especially covered or anti-spark versions; the name alone does not establish fit.
Fit the standoffs#
Under Standoff attachment, choose 1 standoff or 2 standoffs. For two, enter center-to-center Standoff spacing along the part of the frame where the holder will sit. Enter the measured standoff diameter and choose a sleeve height that fits between the frame plates.
For one standoff, choose Single standoff on left or Single standoff on right. These directions refer to the preview; rotate the printed part to use it on either side of the drone. A single sleeve needs a snug fit or an additional tie to resist rotation. Two standoffs resist rotation together.
Expand Standoff fit to adjust Extra bore diameter and Sleeve wall. Check grip with a test print before committing to the finished part.
Leave room for the wires#
Under Holder position, adjust Extra outward reach and Wire space below plug. The mating face points up and the wire window faces into the frame. A single-standoff holder routes wires beside the post; a two-standoff holder routes them between the posts.
Allow room for the actual insulated leads, solder joints, and bend. The colored wire guides are illustrative and cannot establish clearance for every wire gauge or installation. The lower transverse tie tunnel can secure the insulated leads.
Tune housing fit and retention#
Open Housing fit & retention and check:
- Housing width, Housing depth, and Housing length against the connector body.
- Length held by mount against the section you want captured.
- Gap per side for the fit your TPU and printer produce.
- Holder wall and Retaining lip overlap for the desired enclosure and retention.
The flexible lip allows insertion into the TPU holder. Set its overlap to zero for a straight opening. Recheck the housing dimensions after changing connector presets and test insertion and removal on the real part.
Save and print#
Choose Save project to preserve the editable settings. In the full version, Export STL exports the connected holder; connector, wire, and standoff guides are excluded. The demo can save and reopen projects but does not export printable STLs.
Start by checking an orientation with the standoff holes vertical. Inspect internal overhangs, the lip, and wire openings in your slicer and add supports where needed. Test the housing fit, standoff grip, wire bend, and retention before installation. The fit guides do not certify electrical compatibility or mechanical strength.
Continue with Exporting & test printing for the final checks.
